 I work with a diverse range of clients who seek support in navigating various challenges in their lives. My expertise lies in addressing anxiety, depression, stress management, any type of abuse, abandonment, rejection, and relationship issues. I am particularly comfortable working with individuals who are open to exploring their thought patterns and behaviors through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am also experienced in helping clients manage and heal from trauma using techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Brainspotting. My client-centered approach ensures that I tailor my therapeutic strategies to the unique needs and goals of each individual, fostering a collaborative and supportive therapeutic environment.
